God Bless all of You and Brian I am so very very sorry to hear about Cindy. You know how much I adored her and she was such a support for me at two of the most critical times of my life. She was immediately my friend in 1986 when I moved to Colorado Springs to do my internship at WSD#3 which was my first experience in public education... And who was there when I resigned from my position from FFC#8 in 2001, but Cindy! Cindy was a gentle soul and made a remarkable difference in my life. God Bless you Brian.

Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear. Cindy will be with me always.

I enjoyed working with Cindy at Fountain-Fort Carson School District #8. I worked with her directly at the Administration office and while she was at Eagleside Elementary. Cindy was a wonderful person and will be dearly missed. My sympathies go out to her family.

Our sincerest sympathy to the entire family. I knew Cindy for a few years, from Eagleside Elementary School, in Fountain, Colorado. She and I shared a love of dogs, many laughs, and I always appreciated her and her talents. She is very missed.

Our hearts are breaking in our home right now for all of Cindy's family members. We ask ourselves continuously, "Why" with no answer. The following is what my heart guided me to put into words the past week: My dearest friend...why did you have to go, Don't you know how I miss you so?? The Lord needed an Angel and He chose you, He said, "Come with me child, I'll guide you through." Our voices are silent, our hearts how they ache, But we all know that only the best does He take. Rest in peace and please know we will take care of things here, We will mourn, we will smile and we will have no fear. For you're not far away, you're just around the bend, As you always have been, my true and loving friend. Rest in peace my dear friend Cindy... In Memory of My Poem Lover... "Why" Why do our days turn to night? Why does the sun shine so bright? Why do the beautiful ones have to go? Only our dearest Good Lord knows. Please rest in peace with no fear, and see that we are still down here... Taking care of your dearest family, Please walk in peace, go with Thee. Until the day that we meet again, We'll hold onto the times of "when". "When" we laughed, "when" we cried, "When" we asked so many times, "Why?" I know one day we'll again be together, Living our lives eternally FOREVER!! Please know that our deepest sympathy goes out to you all...what a blessing we received from our Lord to be a part of such a wonderful woman's life. The blessing we were given has never and will never be taken for granted. Thank you for sharing your dear family member with us...the memories will always be cherished and the love will always be held close in our hearts. All Our Love & Prayers, Amy, Rip, Aaron,& Nathan Van Winkle
