Condolances to Dick & family; as I wanted to visit pay respects but obit details never released till today (Wed.), too late so we out of town wish to apologize for that. Regardless, Fred was a great guy as i recall from CB&I days, hot dogs @ Majestic, & Windy's Pool Hall till wee hours following afternoon shifts. He was a good man, a lot of fun to be around.
