Loutzenhiser-Jordan Online Guestbook for John W. Forney

Uncle John I love you dearly, I will always remember your laughter and how it would radiate through a room and soon we would all be laughing. You had a way of making everyone around you happy and just want to smile till it hurt. Going to Uncle John and Aunt Peg’s house was always the vacation my family looked forward to more than anything. I still can’t believe you gone; I will remember and love you always.

Dear Peg and family, it is with tender memories that I remember my childhood neighbor John. The fondest memory I will always carry with me is the sound of his laughter and the time he was working on your roof and a wasp bit him. I will always see him waving his hammer at the bee as it flew away and defying it to return and try to sting him again. Peg, having lost my husband Les unexpectantly 3 years ago, I know the void you must feel, but be assured that God can comfort and support you as he has done me. Praying for you and the Harry and Jimmy and all that loved him. Blessings, Shirley Kitch Lightner
