Linda and Family: My thoughts and prayers go out to you during this time of great loss. Bob and I were friends during high school and our birthdays were two days apart. It is strange how our careers followed a similar path. I retired as Police Chief of Yoakum Texas after 27 years of service.
God bless all of you

Our deepest sympathy to you and your family.Warren & I were EMTs with Bob for Linesville Ambulance in the early 80s. His medical knowledge was far more advanced than our knowledge at that time. He was an inspiration for us in the ambulance and a very sympathetic person to the patients he took care of during an emergency. May he rest now...God Bless.

Deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of Robert Oliver Sr. I did not know Bob on a personal level, but as a young Trooper I ran into him on several occasions professionally on police business in the Jamestown and Linesville areas. He left a great impression on me, and I respected him as a colleague and always felt his friendship and brotherhood. So sorry for your loss.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Oliver, but if Amy and Bobby are any indication, he must have been an outstanding man. He raised his children well and I know they will pass on every lesson to their children and so on and so on. Prayers for your entire family as you go through this incredibly difficult time.

Dear Linda & family,
I was smiling throughout the Video Tribute to Bob. He was such a great guy and I will always remember him coming into Conneaut Lake Veterinary Hospital and causing havoc. LOL! I enjoyed many visits with him and wow ... his hair always looked fabulous! My prayers are with you all at this sad time.
