The year was 1965 at the corner of Morgan and Church Street. Bill was visiting his relatives Perotti house. I was crossing the street with my tricycle to go play with Bill. One of the Satonica girls got behind the steering wheel of her grandpas car, 2 doors up on Church st. Bill saw the car coming down the hill and grabbed me off the street just in time but my tricycle was ruined. It could be that I had my life so far because Bill saved it in 1965. This will always be my memory of the hero I knew as Bill.
