Dodie, Danny, and Paula, and siblings, Please accept my sympathy on the passing of your husband, and father. Although I haven't seen anyone since high school, I have fond memories from time spent at the house on High Street. Dodie, I still remember your beautiful voice singing us to sleep at our camp in the country. God bless.

One of my strongest memories of Fitz is of him supervising his lieutenant Danny and the rest of the kids (EXCEPT Paula) during the waxing and polishing the family wagon. What a circus! Please accept our condolences on the loss of a fine father, husband and gentleman.

Please accept my condlance on your loss....I will always remember "Fitz" as my very first boss, fresh out of college and "management trainee" at P&C Dock, 2/1/70.He was great....fun, fair and a great teacher...I owe him a great deal!

So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He and Dodie were our neighbors in Conneaut and we loved them and the kids. The family was so much fun. God be with you all.

So many memories of the whole Fitzmartin clan. I'm so sad to learn of Fitzy's passing but so happy to have had so many years of great memories. My love of music all started with you getting together with my parents to play cards and listen to music on the Pioneer stereo we got from Danny (I think) when we were young. Dodie, please know how sorry I am for your loss and don't hesitate to call anytime if there's anything you need. It's just a hop and a skip from my parents house to yours and I'd love a reason to visit! Fitzy, I'm honored to have known you. You'll be missed.

I was deeply saddened at the news of Fitz's passing. I hold very fond memories of his working at the Bessemer and P&C Dock as well as a fun filled trip to Myrtle Beach. I always enjoyed seeing him during our annual trips to Greenville. My heart felt condolences to fitz's family.

I worked with Fitz at the Bessemer over 30 years ago. He took me under his wing and guided me in my early career. He was always one of my all time favorite "characters" and a legend in the accounting department. I know he will be missed by a lot of people.
