My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you, and I echo Linda Hooks when I say Trish will be truly missed, especially that familiar smiling face in the switchboard office. I'll never forget when I was going thru my own cancer treatments, and she was going thru some and had been wearing a wig, but yanked it off and pointed to her head where her hair was growing and said "See?? It grows BACK!!!!"
She always had a great attitude and a way to cheer everyone up, even if she was fighting her own battle herself.
My prayers and sympathy are with all of you. Trish loved each of you very much and spoke of you all often. I missed her terrible when she retired, I am so glad that she had those precious years with Jerry. They had something special and now they are together again. We have been reminiscenceing at the switchboard, we had a lot of fun times. One of the times that stands out is Trish received a call and they asked to be connected to the blind dept. Well that made her mad and she said she just could not believe that the person thought that we put blind patients in a certain area. Well Trish had hung up on her and I got a call asking for the blind department, I asked mamam who are you trying to call, she replied JC Penny's blind department. We laughed till we thought we would fall off of our chairs. I am truly going to miss her, I loved her friendship dearly. May God's Blessing be upon each of you.
I am so sorry for your loss. Trisha was a very kind and thoughtful person, It was fun working with her at the hospital. She will be missed by all that new her, Your family have my deepest sympathy.
